Osteria La Torre in Sassnitz

A real insider tip at the end of the row of shops in the port of Sassnitz! We got delicious baguettes, freshly made, and got delicious drinks. In addition, dessert and a few hot drinks. Super nice service and a great location! Definitely visit :)

A small but very fine Italian. No run-of-the-mill food - just something different! But very good! The service is very courteous and also recommends dishes that are not on the menu in this combination.

Spontaneous visit to La Torre. Family atmosphere and first class food. An all-round successful evening. Thank you for the great food. We will be back.

Small family business and very good Italian food in a cozy atmosphere. Ideal for ending the day with dear friends.

In the evening we still felt like having a coffee and were warmly welcomed here. It was too late for warm dishes, but we were offered a dessert straight away. We chose the tiramisu and didn't regret it - very tasty! On our next visit to Rügen we will definitely come back.

After a few teething problems ("All tables reserved", "We can't do anything to take away") we spent a wonderful evening with delicious food. The host is very humorous - and there is nothing better than dining in a relaxed and funny atmosphere. The food is amazing! Really good quality, well done, well presented. absolutely recommended - better reserve!

Nice to sit and look at the port of Sassnitz with cappuccino and water or from 6 p.m. with delicious Italian delicacies and the waiter is funny and courteous

The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience and you can still have a drink after dinner. All in all, a great restaurant with a friendly team and delicious food. 5 Stars!!!

The service is incredibly friendly, polite, funny and accommodating. The food was delicious and nice to look at too. For us as a family, the restlessness and volume of some guests was just too loud, so we subtracted one star.

Incredibly personable operator, nice atmosphere. Eat very, very tasty with something special, even if a bit expensive. Service very attentive and competent. Slightly high prices absolutely justified. For us it is by far the best restaurant on Rügen, we will definitely be back!

We have a mixed review. It is a very small and limited space so a reservation is needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wine is reasonably priced. We ordered an Osteria-Burger and it was tasty but a burger for 16.20€!?!? Sorry but there should have been caviar on the burger for that price. We also ordered the Tortino di Malanzana appetizer for 8.50€ and it was embarrassingly small (we wished we took a photo). Sorry, but the pricing of the food doesnt match the quantity and item.

This place has some really delicious dishes. We had to book a table 3days in advance but totally worth the wait. The chicken burger was perfect along with the potato wedges. Also deserts should not be missed. We had pana cotta and tiramisu and both these deserts were amazing.

Long waiting period but totally worth it. Burgers are to die for. Even good choice of vegetarian options. Great desserts.

The potatoes had bacon in there. That was not expected. I couldn't eat half of my meal! 3 stars because the restaurant was friendly and fast.

Super nice owner, nice atmosphere and the food was very tasty, nicely presented and the quality was first class. So I can recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants to eat Italian. Meals should also be 1-2 € more expensive for this quality 👌🏻

The absolute hammer. Quality is important here. Few tables have a lot of charm and a great atmosphere. Would love to come back. grace

Pleasant evenings, we were there twice, the food was appealing, the hospitality friendly, but after a while you sit on the stools very uncomfortably. You can always argue about price performance. When the dining room is full it gets tight and the music has been too loud for us. All in all it was ok.

Service was not so attentive. Tiramisu is definitely not their signature dish. The steak was excellent

Mixed feelings. Little kitchen, so everything took quite long (waiting for drink more than 30 mins., for starter an Hour, in total incl.coffee 2 Hours). Far too long for a lunch with only few customers at the same time. We have been second customer in restaurant and left as the last one. Felt little uninvited.

Great shop with great atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food and great atmosphere. The chef Alfredo takes care of every table and is very hard-working. You feel good immediately. Definitely an insider tip and we will come back. Reserve is highly recommended. Thanks for the great evening 👏🏼👌🏼

The food here is so ridiculously good that you'll want to give these guys a hug. Yeah. It's quite inexpensive too, so be sure to leave a tip they won't forget :)
